Hi! I’m Jess — mom, coach, and former queen of cardio.
And by “queen,” I mean I ran from anything that involved a barbell. Diet? HA. Lifting weights? HAHA. If it didn’t involve endless running, I wasn’t interested.
But life has a way of shaking things up.
After the end of an unhealthy relationship and way too many Friday (and Saturday) nights at the bar, I woke up one day and realized something had to change. Not just the drinking… not just the relationship… but me. I had gained 35 pounds, and like so many women, I couldn’t stand my own reflection. I felt lost in my body and in my life.
What followed wasn’t a straight line. It was years of ups and downs, starting and quitting programs, switching diets, getting frustrated, starting again. But eventually — I did the thing none of the programs could do for me: I stayed consistent.
And that changed everything.
Now, I help other moms and women do the same.
As a mom of two young girls, I want them to grow up seeing a woman who is strong, confident, mentally tough, and kind to herself. Someone who models a healthy relationship with food, fitness, and her own body. That’s what drives me as a coach.
